Bad busines!!!!! Chris told me that he was going to come do the work. We set it up and scheduled it. He then flaked on me one day told me he would come the next. Then the next day he called and told me he was on his way. He never arrived and never message back. When trying to contact later, he never answered my phone calls. When I called him from a blocked number he answered my phone call and upon identifying myself, He hung up on me immediately. I advise you guys to steer clear of this guy He’s unreliable and not trustworthy. Bad business!!!

Dude does terrible business. As a small business owner I know first hand that reputation means so much. Delivering on your word plays such an important role in that. Hopefully he treats his customers better than those he does business with.

Updating as I didn’t realize I gave these guys a 5 star initially. Used these guys a while back. Seemed legit at first but when the first few parts he threw at it didn’t work things went south. He got flaky. At one point I called to see when he was coming back he said he was there and couldn’t find the keys so was leaving and would come back later. The keys were in the same spot as always. What he didn’t know was I had an employee there. He wasn’t there and hadn’t been there. When I said as much I never heard from him again lol.

I have a 2003 Winnebago based on a Ford 450 with V-10. Nov 3, 2021, Chris did an oil change and system check-out. He was on time, did a clean and professional job, and was reasonable. Chris did the service on my RV pad. No mess! Chris was very professional. This is a relief as I have been in the computer service business over 40 years and have very high expectations. Chris will be doing all of my service! For motored-RV's, there are not many choices in Albany. Chris at Hammerhead is excellent!

Really great mobile service for my truck. Knowledgeable and efficient. Busted a suspension bolt early in the morning. He was fast to get to me when no one else would and got my work truck back on the road.
